“Enthusiasm, determination and resilience” are probably a better indicator of success than knowledge and experience, wouldn’t you say, Mark? Of course, knowledge and experience are extremely important, but you can gain those things over time. Without that “enthusiasm, determination and resilience,” you might not give yourself enough time to gain the experience.
