Once you decide on a course of action,
you should stick to it
regardless of who understands you or not
Since we all have
a unique way of thinking,
it doesn’t really matter
if we try to explain it
Our personal reasons
are meant for us alone,
not for others to make sense of it
The greatest decision
you will ever make in your life
is the path you choose
of your own volition
By doing so,
you will have no regrets
and won’t question

on your journey
to reach your goal
Even though you feel like an outcast
because of your preferences,
you are seen
Even though you feel like you’re all alone
despite being in a crowd,

Even though you feel like you’ve lost sight
of who you are,
you are seen
Even if you are experiencing these feelings,
you are definitely one of a kind
and your family and friends
are there for you
and will never give up on you

For that in their eyes…

When things start to get tense,
keep smiling
When things are dire,

When your heart gets too weak
to endure everything thrown at you,
keep smiling
Until that inner strength
inside of you
blossoms bright like a flower
and is able to help you
take on and overcome
the issues that you are facing…

At the bottom of our distant memories,
during a time when purity and innocence was bountiful
our younger selves were able to freely
spread goodwill to all without any judgement
By sharing this gesture of fellowship,
it was a way of making the world a better place
As we’ve gotten older,
a lot of us moved away from that
We became more wary, more distant
and our surroundings had gotten a lot colder
To right that ship
and make the world what it once was,
we need to go back to the beginning
and we need to bring those past sentiments
back to light
and share it once again
You are where you’re supposed to be
You are a part of your family and friend’s world
You’re there in their universe to bring your heart,
to instill in them with love, support, guidance and hope
So be honored that you’ll accompany them
every step of the way of their life
whether you’re with them physically or in spirit
As long as you’re alive,
you can come back from every failure you encounter
As long as you’re alive,
you can take another step forward and make progress toward your goals
As long as you’re alive,
you can continue to dream to keep your spirit flourishing
As long as you’re alive,
be eternally grateful that you simply have another chance

Whether it be
