The Ones Who Count
When it seems like your life is
at its lowest point,
don’t feel that you’re all alone
Just simply look around you
and you’ll find
your family and friends there
to pick you up
Soak It All In
Bring it upon yourself
to take in the
sights and sounds
and especially the memories
of the people around you
in order
to formulate the words
that will evoke true emotions
of your prose
What It Takes To Be A Writer
To be a writer,
it takes just a willingness to try
To be a good writer,
you must use your mind to create
To be a talented writer,
it takes years of practice
To be an exceptional writer,
you must put in the hard work,
be disciplined and have perseverance
To be an extraordinary writer,
you must take everything mentioned into account
and go above and beyond
But to be the type or writer
you always dreamed of
you just need to put your very heart and soul
into the creation of your words
and you’ll be
a writer who will resonate with the world
To Bring Into Reality
The unthinkable
becomes reality
when you choose the right words
to convey them
The Right Path Is…
Any path you take toward your writing goals,
regardless of the hardships you endure along the way
will bring you joy and instill passion
Appreciation
Be appreciative
of those that support and guide you in life,
they are the ones
that help to create
a clear path
for you to move forward
Stay The Course
You can have doubters
telling you, you can’t make it
There are detractors
that may sway you from your path
There are critics
who’ll scrutinize your flaws
And there are many other
that may cause you to have self doubt
and second guess yourself
You may struggle with
overcoming your obstacles
You may be humbled by others
who are more talented
and you’ll tempted
to drop everything and quit
But as long as you persist
and never let go of your dream,
that is truly the best choice
you can make for yourself
into attaining your goal
Becoming One
When you can become one
with your emotions
you can incorporate it
with your writing
Once you do that,
writing effectively for your readers
become second nature
Make Your Words…
Make your words
reach those
that can’t be reached
Make your words
inspire
those that are seemingly lost
Make your words
educate
those who thirst for knowledge
And make your words
entertain
those who need an escape from their problems
