be daring,
set your soul free
Be the kind of writer
you dreamed of

make every word count
When you are writing
and the words
flow through you
You’re on a higher plane,
you have clarity of purpose
You strive
to get your message
out into the world
To touch the untapped minds
of those
who are ready to see
the true beauty
of the written word
and make known
the meaning,
the elegance,
the exquisite
craft of prose
There are times when
your mind goes blank
and
there are no words
Have no fear,
the mind just
needs a chance
to rest and recharge
So let the process
run its course
and
it will be back to normal
Until then
do not worry
the mind is not empty,
it’s just quiet
Create music with your words and send your melody out into the
world for all to hear.
When you decide
to become a writer,
“Be Fearless!”
And then…
and only then
when you put
pen to paper
will your words
be truly
bountiful!
Don’t compare yourself to other writers, it will stifle your inner voice.
A writer’s words has limitless possibilities in opening up a person’s closed mind.
Words are an extension of a writer’s true soul.
Before you embark
on your journey
as a writer…
ask yourself,
Is this what I’m supposed to do?
Is this what I want to do?
Or…
Is this what I was meant to do?
Knowing the context
of your reason
determines your path
of the writer you’ll be
Once you truly understand
the right words
as it pertains to you,
then…
your journey may begin
With renewed eyes,
I venture out into
this changed world that’s
filled with unlimited chaos
and relentless despair
in hopes of finding
some semblance
of humanity
In my heart of hearts,
I know that each one of us
possess the
goodness, compassion,
kindness, generosity,
bravery and love
needed to bring forth
positivity into this world
If we can each
unselfishly share
a piece of that
then the world will be able
to realign itself
and we will be able to
shift focus
onto what the true nature is
in being a human
