Sometime when we are stressed, depressed, worried or have anxiety, being alone in our thoughts can be unhealthy So take a step back, breath, clear your mind and make it a point to seek out family and friends Spending time with them will reset your perspective on life and will help you gain insight The wonders of friendly advice, loving support and good laughs will do your soul wonders So relax, for it’s not the end of the world You will get through it and come out stronger in the end with a robust confidence backed by an eternal well of hope
Despite what a terrible year 2020 has been, I’m thankful that I got a chance to strengthen my relationships with my family and friends…even connect with long lost ones. It helped me to lean on them for support and I learned that regardless of what life throws at you or what obstacles arise, if we face it together…together we will persevere.
When life’s obstacles put my back against the wall, what keeps me going… my family When challenges arise and I have nowhere to turn, what keeps me going… my friends, When darkness overcomes me and there’s no hope in sight, what keeps me going… my faith When the road is long and hard and I feel like quitting, what keeps me going… my confidence Living every day is another opportunity for me to go for everything I want and dream of So never give up When life brings you down ask yourself, “What keeps you going?”
Don’t settle in this life, push through and keep moving forward Don’t give in to doubts, push through and build up your confidence Once you’re able to push through, believe in yourself and tattoo that in your heart.
Helping is a multiplying force. It’s a contagious virus that will compel one to infect others with it. There are no words to describe that sense of self satisfaction from aiding someone whether it’s asked for or unsolicited. It could be a grandiose gesture or a small deed, but the feeling you get from assisting someone is very rewarding. And the recipient has an air of deep gratitude; their appreciation is truly genuine because it comes from within. Some may even be inspired to do the same for a family member, a friend, an acquaintance or a stranger. They in turn may render assistance for others as well. That’s the multiplying effect. It doesn’t take much to help someone, you just need to be willing to take the first step and spread some positivity. So what are you waiting for, do some good because helping is truly a multiplying force.
